Shampoo

Chamomile tea helps to soothe an irritated, itchy scalp; thereby, combating dandruff. When mixed with henna, it is known to lighten the color of your hair.
Besides helping one to sprout artificial tears, Glycerin has so much more to it. It acts porous toward locking moisture in the hair; thus, preventing the highly dreaded frizz.
Castile soap bar consists extracts of soybean oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. An ingredient considered must to prepare homemade shampoos, it provides the much-required base, and consistency to the concoction.
Jojoba oil is known to nourish the hair from root to tip, fights dandruff, and curbs thinning of hair. Your hair will never feel greasy, or weighed down with regular use of jojoba oil.
Problems concerning dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, dry, and frizzy hair could be managed with the application of Grape seed oil. It is also known to nourish the hair follicles, and strengthen the hair shaft.
Avocado oil when massaged directly onto the hair does so much better than any other pocket-peeling product picked from the store shelf. However, when avocado oil is added to making a shampoo at home, it softens the hair, nourishes the roots, and penetrates deep into the hair follicles; thereby, stimulating hair growth.
Aloe vera works toward resuscitating the hair from root to tip, strengthening the hair shafts, preventing breakage, and resultant split-ends. Chamomile tea - 4 bags (a handful of fresh chamomile flowers would also do)

Pure soap flakes - 4 tablespoons

Glycerin - 1½ tablespoon
Allow the tea bags to soak in boiled water for about 10 minutes.
The next step is to remove the tea bags and add remaining liquid along with the soap flakes and allow the soap to soften.
After the soap softens, add some glycerin to the mixture, and stir till the mixture blends well.
Pour this mixture in a bottle and place it in a cool and dark place.

Distilled water - ¼ cup

Liquid Castile soap - ¼ cup

Jojoba/Grape seed or other light vegetable oil - ½ teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients, and store it in a bottle.
Shake this mixture well before use.
This is not as thick as commercial shampoos, however, it is very effective.
This shampoo will also help reduce hair fall to an extent.

Distilled water and liquid Castile soap - ¼ cup each

 gel - ¼ cup

Glycerin - 1 teaspoon

Jojoba or Avocado oil - ¼ teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients well, and store it in a bottle.
Before using it, shake it well, and apply to your hair.
After the application, let it stay smeared all over the hair for a minute or two.
Rinse well with lukewarm water.

Distilled water - 1 cup

Castile soap - 1 cup

Chamomile tea - 6 bags

Glycerin - 1½ tablespoon
In a cup of boiled water, steep the tea bags for 20 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add Castile soap to the tea.
Add glycerin and stir, till it blends well with the mixture.
Pour this mixture in a sealed bottle, and place this bottle in a cool and dark place.
Chamomile works as a natural lightening agent; hence, all those who would like to lighten their hair, can opt for this shampoo recipe.

Distilled water - ¼ cup

Liquid Castile soap (lemon) - ¼ cup

Dried rosemary - 2 tablespoons

Sweet almond oil - 2 tablespoons
Boil the distilled water, and add 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary to it.
The next procedure is to add all the remaining ingredients to it, and stir it well till all the ingredients are mixed well.
Store this mixture in a sealed bottle, and place this bottle in a cool and dark place.
This shampoo is ready to use, serving as a good solution to reduce the intensity of hair fall.
